Maggie Rogers's early work merits a closer look, especially The Echo, which she wrote and recorded as a high schooler. The album is standard Folk music, with its strength lying in the lyrics; rough around the edges and struggling to discover her strengths. The standout track is the closing tune, "Satellite," tastefully arranged with a piano, violin, and trumpet. Maggie croons about longing for a moment of reprieve without indulging in maudlin sentimentality. While a little more consistent, the album lacks a strong emotional centerpiece like "Satellite" which leaves me yearning for more. Bernd muss demnächst umziehen. Er hat eine Wohnung im Blick, die einen ganz guten Eindruck macht. Leider gibt es einen Haken: Bernd arbeitet 100% von zu Hause und braucht eine stabile und einigermaße schnelle Verbindung. Jetzt ist dort aber vor Ort, weil Knallerhausen, nur 16MBit verfügbar; Glasfaser wurde wohl schon vor Jahren verlegt, nur nicht in der Straße, bzw. dem Haus. Kabelstatus ist noch ungeklärt. Bernd würde die Wohnung eigentlich gerne nehmen, aber wenn er nicht arbeiten kann (ist viel in Teams-Besprechungen), dann muss er da natürlich passen. Hier stelle ich das Rollenspiel "UdSSR-Chef" vor. In dem Spiel steht die Russische Föderation vor einem Krieg gegen die Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, da es eine Doktrin gibt, diese zu forcierren. Andererseits hat die Russische Föderation die Doktrin, mit allen Mitteln zu verhindern, dass dieser Krieg ausbricht. Als Ausweg scheint mir praktikabel, dass ein fremdes Militär die Doktrinen per Hacking entfernt. Das Rollenspiel soll bis zum 29. November diesen Jahres gehen. Zur Doktrin habe ich bereits mitbekommen, dass man angeblich nicht per "ist wichtiger als" priorisieren sollte.

Der Frauen als Unterlegene behandelnde Mann Der Typ scheint extrem selten zu sein, aber auch mit Frauen am meisten Erfolg und Freude zu haben. Hat anscheinend viele Frauen, teils gleichzeitig, die alle loyal zu ihm sind, sich ihm unterwerfen, ihm gefallen wollen, tun, was er will. Sogar Gewaltausübung gegen Frauen scheint diese nur noch fester an ihn zu binden, noch mehr von ihm zu wollen, noch mehr ihm gehorchen zu wollen. Er kann sich schlechtes Behandeln von Frauen leisten - einerseits scheinen die Frauen es (im Gegensatz zu dem, was öffentlich gesagt wird) geradezu zu lieben, schlecht behandelt zu werden, andererseits hat er stets so viele, die ihn unbedingt wollen, daß er sich schlechtes Betragen locker leisten kann.
