IMO the board is a bit faster now than when I first found it a few months back. It could be a little faster for my taste, mostly because I often see the same threads and I'm not too keen on posting in them. Having said that, posters here seem to take more time with their replies and treat each other with more respect, which I appreciate a lot. kohl is almost unbearable since a long time, save for the occasionally outstanding thread

Slow boards are more like sending letters to each other. You spend time on writing your letter and then you send it and go do something else while you wait for a reply and discussions can last days or weeks. But on a fast board the thread will have vanished in hours so there's not much point in making quality posts.

These are huge issues and I think in my drunken state that eternal September becomes a decline into stagnant Autumn when users (newfag zoomers) are disinclined to learn about the board culture of a potential new home for them because its too intimidating for their retarded short term memory and the lacking of Bernds who remain to ever teach the ways of proper shitposting or gatekeeping. This in form causes dilution of a culture that should really just disappear. Krautchan died when it did and should never have had a spiritual successor(s) as it'll be this repetitive and irritating burnout of cyclical nostalgia and old bernds reminiscing about the past like some fucking boomers instead of just joining a new board like how it was in the past.

This thread proves why it was a mistake to invite Ernsts to this board.

This site is reasonably active during European hours. It’d be nicer if more people were here but it’s not exactly dead.

Fast boards aren't necessarily good. If you spam political ragebait in every thread then you'll have a fast board but it becomes a shit one to post on.
