Do you enjoy eating spinach? Pretty crazy to me that once you cook it the bad taste in it disappears, and that it also has iron.
I enjoy eating spinach.
>>23977 Do you spinachmaxx?
>>23979 No, I mostly use it in pies every now and then. My go to vegetable is broccoli.
>>23976 >Pretty crazy to me that once you cook it the bad taste in it disappears, and that it also has iron. I very much prefer the leaves over boiled slop. Creamy spinach is pig disgusting.
I like it in cannelloni but my sister's won't let me cook it.
Spinach + Fryed Egg + Potatoes is an awesome and fast to do meal Also spinach works well with shrimps and rice imo
>>23989 I hate everything about that dish. I normally eat everything, but I'd rather sit out a meal than eat this.
Spinach, Püree and a fried slice of Fleischkas. It is a poem of symphonic proportions to your whole gum. A feast made for the lowest, fit for an emperor, once you even add a fried egg on top.
>>23989 Yes, it is very great, but Your arrangemnet sucks, this looks like trash. Also: If your Spinach is leaking water you didn't cook it long enough. Also also: It's better with mashed potatoes.
>>23980 Does broccoli make you fart? Do you steam it?
>>23997 Not that I've noticed. Either steam or use in a stir fry.
>>23999 How much it costs? Here one medium sized cauliflower is 3.50 euros.
>>24003 Broccoli /= Califlower! First is Toptier, second is okayish. Broccoli costs 1,50 if reduced if not 2-3 Euros here for 500Gr, Califlower is bigger most of the Time but has the same Range.
>>24003 Currently 4 euro for 1kg
I used to hate it when I was little and now I like it a lot
>>24018 I'm almost an all-eater but my mom forced me to try at least one liver or chicken heart, so I can say afterwards "It doesn't taste" disgusting shit in my opinion
>>24027 I never had any problem with liver somehow
I like spinach a lot. It is a great go to vegetable for any recipe. I like it on pizza, in burritos, in rice, in anything really. Eating it will not only make you healthier, you will look better too. I used to have acne, bad skin, and bags under my eyes, and when I ate a lot of spinach people came up to me and told me I looked well rested lol... Just a great vegetable overall.
>>24041 are you a salesman for spinach?
>>24030 I love liver with onions and rösti. Immediately takes me back to my childhood.

>>23976 I really like spinach with garlic and salmon on pizza.
If you want to make a asian dish and save some monies you can use spinach instead of bok choy. Spinach is a wonderful lil green thing to any ramen and soups.
>>24066 Actually, OP's image reminds me of Japanese spinach a lot.
>>23989 This is good. I eat it sometimes.
>>23989 This seems like a very German type of dish: Only spices used are salt and pepper, ingredients are just boiled separately, has potatoes. I like it, because the taste of egg goes well with spinach, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have it.
>>24044 You can look at someone and tell if they eat vegetables. If they look gray/dull/pale, with bags under the eyes, wrinkles and acne, they don't eat enough vegetables. If it's got a healthy amount of color and few problems, they eat vegetables.
>>24080 The same could be said of meat, in the end it's important to have a balanced diet.
>>24081 No it can't... Not eating meat will reduce your protein and iron intake. Which is why vegetarians tend to be thin, weak, and irritable. But not eating vegetables will make you look like you are sick.
>>24083 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_deficiency >Common symptoms of iron deficiency include:[8] >fatigue >dizziness/lightheadedness >pallor >headache >shortness of breath Pallor, Fatigue. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B12_deficiency >A mild deficiency may not cause any discernible symptoms, but at levels moderately lower than normal, a range of symptoms such as feeling tired, weak, lightheadedness, headaches, dizziness, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat, cold hands and feet, low-grade fevers, tremor, cold intolerance, easy bruising and bleeding, pale skin, low blood pressure, sore tongue, upset stomach, loss of appetite, weight loss, constipation, diarrhea, severe joint pain, feeling abnormal sensations including numbness or tingling (pins and needles) to the fingers and toes, and tinnitus, may be experienced.[18][19][20] A wide range of associated symptoms may include angular cheilitis, mouth ulcers, bleeding gums, hair loss and thinning, premature greying, a look of exhaustion and dark circles around the eyes, as well as brittle nails Feeling tired, Pale Skin, Hair loss and thinning, premature greying, a look of Exhaustion and dark circles around the eyes.
>>24085 All me. t.extremely b12 deficient for years now
>>24087 Why? There is lots of meat available in Australia.
>>24089 Intestinal issues are hard to prove against the old guard of medicine.

>>24085 Did you know that b12 deficiency is very high and wide spread in Israel? "5.5% in the general population, while other studies found higher rates, such as 12.6% in elderly subjects living at home and 34% among students in one specific study."
>it also has iron Not particularly much. There was a decimal point wrror that made most people believe it has wax more iron than it actually does. Brokkoli has way more of it. https://irep.ntu.ac.uk/id/eprint/30230/1/7987_Sutton.pdf
>>24096 I get mistyping that one >wrror because w and e are close together. But >wax what the hell, man?

>>24165 Is it different on a German keyboard? I thought they were the same in that regard.
>>24168 No, it isn't, he seems to use a QWERTY keyboard, which is very ungerman of him.
>>24169 I bet he's the Waldemar in the other thread lmao
